All by itself: Apple will release its first car without anyone’s help

Apple plans to develop its first car entirely on its own, that is, without the involvement of specialists and third-party technologies. The South Korean newspaper Maeil Business Newspaper reports this with reference to its own sources.

The first information that Apple is working on creating its own car appeared back in 2015, when it became known about a project called Titan. Since then, the American brand has tried to negotiate partnerships with automotive brands including Hyundai, Nissan and Magna, as well as SK Group and LG Electronics. But these negotiations remained at the initial stage of development. In addition, the media reported on the freeze of the Titan program and Apple’s plans to focus on creating an autopilot.

But more recently, information has appeared that Apple has resumed activities on its own machine. So, in early September this year, it became known about negotiations with the Toyota brand, with which the Americans discussed the possibility of using its batteries.

According to new data, now the Apple brand has decided to return to the idea of creating its first car on its own. This is due to the fact that for several years the American company has not managed to reach agreements on cooperation that suit them.

At the moment, the Apple brand has begun to rebuild its vehicle development center, and also began to discuss issues that relate to suppliers of components for the future car. According to preliminary information, it will be a “high-tech electric vehicle with autonomous control functions.” Apple’s first car is slated to arrive no earlier than 2025.

Although it is definitely an unfinished replica, I would be interested in contact details, anyway. Maybe this could be an interesting project.
