All on the beach: Jeep Wrangler has a version of High Tide

From April 25 to May 1, Daytona Beach (Florida, USA) will host one of Jeep’s largest annual events – Jeep Beach. This time it will include not only the Jeep Beach Parade charity run, during which thousands of SUVs of the brand move along the beaches, but also the presentation of a new version of the Wrangler – the Wrangler High Tide.

The special version is based on the Sport S version with a 3.6-liter aspirated V6 and an eight-speed automatic. It was complemented by the Xtreme Recon package, which was introduced last summer as an option for the extreme Wrangler Rubicon. Kit includes 17″ beadlock rims, 35″ BF Goodrich T/A KO2 off-road tires, wheel arch extensions, factory lift kit with 38mm lift, increased from 3.45:1 to 4.56:1 rear axle gear ratio, as well as a range of accessories from Mopar.

In addition, the Wrangler High Tide received LED headlights, a body-color hardtop with a Sunrider drop-off, a Gorilla Glass windshield, sill guards, and special sand-resistant floor mats. Prices for the novelty start at $49,240, and orders are already open in the US.

The first 500 copies will be released in the Jeep Beach version, which is distinguished only by the corresponding decals on the hood and does not require additional payment. The “beach” version is available in five exterior colors, including the new High Velocity yellow tint. Americans will now be able to choose it for any other Wrangler – for $ 395.
