Territorial service centers of the Ministry of internal Affairs continue to provide administrative services to citizens in the normal mode, however to prevent the spread of the epidemic coronavirus infection, in the premises of the service centers of the Ministry of interior introduced preventive measures. About it reports a press-Department service.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from March 11, 2020 No. 211 “On preventing the spread in Ukraine of coronavirus COVID-19” imposed a quarantine on the entire territory of Ukraine.

Territorial service centers of the Ministry of internal Affairs continue to provide administrative services to citizens in the normal mode, however to prevent the spread of the epidemic coronaviruses infection, in the premises of the service centers of the Ministry of interior introduced the following activities:

  • in the room are invited only the immediate recipients of services (a priority service is provided to citizens who are registered in electronic turn through an E-office driver)
  • in the room are allowed to stay no more than 10 persons receiving services, other should expect invitations beyond;
  • introduces an additional periodic airing and wet cleaning with disinfectants.

We ask the citizens having signs of any viral illness, refrain from visiting service centers of the Ministry of interior.

Without leaving home, you can get services through the electronic office of driver online:

  • recovery and exchange of driver’s license;
  • data verification of driver’s license and state registration certificate of the vehicle;
  • the proper ordering of the user;
  • verification and payment of administrative offences;
  • vehicle check by VIN code.

Also remotely possible to get information about the criminal prosecution, the absence (presence) convictions or restrictions.
