Audi has announced the upcoming release of the European market diesel version of the “charged” crossover SQ7 and SQ8.
Previously “charged” crossover Audi SQ7 and SQ8 Audi was available in Europe exclusively with the 4.0-liter V8 betterbodies with electric compressor, the capacity of which amounted to 435 HP and 900 Nm of torque.
Alternative diesel models were sold only in the U.S. market. But now the company said that the purchase of petrol “Eski” will be able and European fans of the brand.
In the new version, the crossovers have a TFSI 4.0-liter gasoline V-shaped “eight” with dual turbo. The efficiency of this unit achieves 507 HP and 770 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with 8-speed automatic transmission tiptronic and the brand’s permanent quattro drive.

It is worth noting, petrol V8, unlike the turbo, has magkahiwalay add-ons. Nevertheless, the manufacturer focuses on the fact that the petrol engine got the technology to deactivate half of the cylinders to improve efficiency. And SQ7 and SQ8 version TFSI already in the basic equipment have polnopravnym chassis and active Electromechanical stabilizers, which were previously offered as options.
In the European market the new Audi SQ7 and SQ8 TFSI TFSI will appear in the autumn of this year. New SQ7 TFSI appreciated in Germany from 93 287 euros, the starting price of the new SQ8 TFSI will be 101 085 Euro.
