The automaker intends to install a radiator grill even on drones.

Recall that Audi representatives have repeatedly reported that the company intends to abandon internal combustion engines in five years, but the recognizable grille will remain even on electric models. Of course, the pattern and features of the grille may change and become more streamlined due to the shape of future electric vehicles and drones.

After 2026, the model range of the brand will not include models with classic internal combustion engines, and at this point the development of not only gasoline and diesel engines, but also hybrid power plants will stop.

The designers of the German brand consider the radiator grille as an element of the corporate identity, which will continue to play an important role in the brand’s design language.

Such an element of the exterior will allow the brand’s models to stand out from competitors. There will be no immediate cessation of sales of gasoline and diesel vehicles: the transition will occur as the life cycles of the models are completed.
