On the emerging industry in a serious crisis because of the pandemic in the fashion industry, warns the Association of European car manufacturers (ACEA).
The ACEA forecasts due to the suspension of the activities of factories, supply disruptions and the closure of DC without their jobs can be about 14 million people. The Association’s General Director Erik-mark Witham called the sequence of events in the automobile industry, immediately after the spread of the new virus, biggest crisis. So, despite the support from EU governments, automakers stop conveyors of the enterprises, and dealers closed showrooms.
While Witham encourages companies to preserve jobs, but that the European Commission will need to take a number of special operational measures to revive the industry.
Another aspect is the manufacture and supply of automotive components. Smooth logistics will be able to support the work of emergency services, including “fast” and rescuers, at the proper level.
