Bentley assembled a pre-war car


A total of 12 such machines will be built as part of the Continuation Series project. Of course, they are already sold.

The court Atelier Bentley announced the completion of the Assembly of the so – called Car Zero-the first prototype of a modern copy of the pre-war Blower. This took 40 thousand hours. This instance is used for resource and dynamic testing, after which Mulliner will start producing client machines.

The replica was built using a CAD model obtained by laser scanning of a historic car from 1929 owned by Bentley. A total of 1,846 parts had to be manually manufactured for the new car, including the 4 1/2 Litre turbocharged engine.
