Bentley will build the world’s first branded residential skyscraper Bentley Residences in Miami. The 200-apartment complex will be located on the Atlantic coast in Sunny Isles Beach.
Bentley is not the first luxury manufacturer who has decided to realize himself in the real estate industry, because a little earlier Aston Martin entered this field. The company already has several interesting projects: the towers of Aston Martin Residences in Miami, apartments in the 130 William residential complex in Manhattan and the Sylvan Rock suburban complex two hours away. In Bentley, however, they enlisted the support of the developer Dezer Development and the architectural studio Sieger Suarez Architects, together with which they intend to build a 60-story skyscraper.
The building will be located on the Atlantic coast in the town of Sunny Isles Beach, and the design project has been approved by the local conservation organization Florida Green Building Council (FLGC). The construction will use only environmentally friendly materials, eliminate excessively bright lighting to protect endangered sea turtles and design the skyscraper to reduce energy consumption.
In total, Bentley Residences will have 200 apartments with panoramic windows. Each unit will receive a separate terrace, pool, sauna and outdoor shower. But the main thing is a garage for several cars and a patented lift for lifting them. Also at the disposal of buyers of apartments in the skyscraper will be a gym, a cinema spa center, a whiskey bar and a restaurant. And a bonus to all this is a mesmerizing view of the bay and ocean.
Construction of Bentley Residences will begin only in 2023. Completion date – 2026th. Prices are unknown, but the towers of Aston Martin Residences are asking for $ 600,000 to $ 50 million for condominiums.
