All Hellcat and HEMI supercharged V8 vehicles will disappear from the Dodge lineup in 2023.

In 2 years, a new era will begin for Dodge, with different platforms, models and electric motors. The first electric car from the eMuscle line will hit the market in 2024, and the prototype will be shown next year.

No details on the electric Dodge yet. But something can be learned from the teaser. For example, about positioning: Dodge avoids the name of the electric car, but refers to the new model as the American eMuscle – an electric muscle car. Also in the video, the car itself flashes, and it looks like a 1st generation Charger and, apparently, is equipped with four-wheel drive.

Among other things, the first electric Dodge will boast an impressive range. According to Stellantis, the electric cars will be based on one of four platforms: STLA Small, STLA Medium, STLA Large and STLA Frame, which will provide a range of 500-800 km. In addition, the concern will develop 3 compact power units that are suitable for creating cars with front, rear and all-wheel drive, as well as batteries with 2 options for internal chemistry.
