BMW has revealed another teaser, and called a date for the world premiere of the electric crossover iX3. The presentation will be held online July 14, although the basic machine parameters have long been known.
The battery version of the BMW X3 will vary in decor and, of course, a technical stuffing. The crossover is a single electric motor mounted on the rear axle and produces 286 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. Traction battery 74 per kilowatt-hour will show a nominal mileage of 440 miles (WLTP). Electrocreaser iX3 will be assembled at the joint venture BMW Brilliance in China. There will probably be a market debut.
BMW really care about the reserve, so in store for “Ah-IKS-third” set of aerodynamic light-alloy wheels with V-spoke design plus liners with plastic frame and aluminum insert. The discs are 15 percent lighter than usual. They are five percent lower coefficient of air resistance (by reducing turbulence) and two percent power consumption. The total increase the range of speed with them will be about 10 kilometers.
According to Chinese media, BMW iX3 size slightly different from the usual X3: he is 38 millimetres long and seven above. Another difference – the 19-inch wheels 245/50 R19 already in the base, and 20-inch 245/45 R20 as an option.
