Can the Audi Q4 e-tron hold the punch?

Experts Euro NCAP in a new series of crash tests tested the electric crossover Audi Q4 e-tron. The battery SUV coped with the tests perfectly and did not put its segment to shame.

The Audi Q4 e-tron has received a maximum of five stars for safety in Euro NCAP tests. The experts rated the protection of adult passengers at 93 percent, and for the safety of children they gave the model 89 percent.

Moreover, Euro NCAP experts noted that the Q4 e-tron cabin remained stable in the crash test with frontal displacement, when the passenger dummies received good knee and hip protection. Moreover, this applied to both the driver and the passenger. Electrocross offers the same level of protection to passengers of different heights, regardless of their position in the cabin.

In a collision, where the impact fell on the entire width of the car, the crossover showed quite “adequate protection” of all important parts of the body, both for the driver and for passengers in the rear seats. In reality, this would mean protection from serious injury.

The side impact of the Audi Q4 e-tron also withstood decently, earning another intermediate “excellent”.
