BMW has published a promotional video featuring the updated iX3 electric crossover, presented as the worst car to rob a bank. In the course of the escape, the intruders cannot escape from the scene of the crime due to the composure of the driver. However, the ambiguous advertisement symbolizes that BMW Service will help in any situation.
The promotional video begins with three robbers running out of the bank with bags full of money. At that moment, their accomplice leaves from under their noses in an old BMW E36. The attackers have two options: surrender to the police or try to escape the crime scene in a new iX3 electric crossover parked near the bank.
Choosing the second option, the robbers sit in the back seat of the electric car and try to persuade the driver to leave as soon as possible. The intruders shower the owner of the electric car with money, but this does not work either – the man remains calm. Then one of the robbers opens another bag of cash, from where protective paint disdains in his face. The driver of the iX3, as if nothing had happened, hands out a napkin to the attacker, hinting that BMW Service will help in any situation. Immediately after that, the police drive up to the scene of the crime.
In the course of controversial advertising, you can see some details of the updated BMW iX3. The electric crossover features an enlarged grille, narrower front optics, and a new design of taillights in black edging. Inside the electric car there is a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel and a multimedia system touchscreen of the same diameter. The updated battery crossover is driven by a 282-horsepower electric motor, coupled with an 80 kilowatt-hour battery pack. To “hundreds” of BMW iX3 accelerates in 6.8 seconds. The maximum speed is 180 kilometers per hour.
The electric BMW iX3 underwent its first update in mid-August. The “green” crossover has received a light facelift, as well as new interior elements.
