The German tuning studio Performmaster has taken on the tuning of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. The SUV turned out to be very powerful and very fast. This is reported by the Carscoops website.
The project was named the Performmaster G805 and is based on a charged Mercedes-AMG G63. The numerical index in the name indicates the power of the engine: now the 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo develops not 585, but 805 hp. c.
The maximum torque has increased from 850 to 1020 N? m. With a 9-speed automatic transmission, acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h takes 3.69 seconds and top speed is limited to 260 km / h. This is the fastest Gelik in the entire 42-year history of the model, even SUVs tuned by Brabus accelerate more slowly.
Tuning Gelendvagen also includes a carbon fiber hood and aerodynamic body kit. The fenders were widened to accommodate huge 22-inch wheels. The salon will be covered with expensive leather and Alcantara.
Performmaster G805 will be released in a limited edition. Pricing has yet to be announced, but the SUV is likely to be expensive and likely to exceed € 300,000.
