Chery is testing the gasoline-electric Tiggo 8 Plus: it is stated that the fuel consumption of the plug-in hybrid will be only 1.3 l / 100 km.
The plug-in hybrid modification was first officially announced last month, and now Chinese journalists have got hold of pictures of it: it is interesting that the crossover was literally plugged into an outlet at that moment.
There is only one external difference from the SUV with an internal combustion engine – the charging hatch. The salons of the two versions are absolutely identical.
Chery plans to collect approximately 75,000 hybrids annually.
