Chevrolet Camaro received a 1000-horsepower engine

Known tuning Studio Specialty Vehicle Engineering (formerly SLP) got their hands on the updated Chevrolet Camaro model year 2020 and established Yenko/SC Camaro.

The company Tom’s River new Jersey, which owns the rights to the Yenko name, has released its latest “animal” with colossal power 1 000 HP, which was achieved thanks to a set of Stage II. In fact, under the bonnet is the familiar 6.2-liter LT1 V8 installed in a standard Camaro SS. However, experts SVE removed the power unit to install the unit with a volume of 6.8 litres, and modified the supercharger.

Aluminum block now has a crankshaft made of forged steel, forged aluminum pistons, upgraded fuel system and throttle body 10% more. SVE also set custom headers with long tubes, that should help to make the Yenko/SC Camaro 2020 unwieldy. Dual mode switch makes the exhaust noise more than soft or loud at will.

The basis of each instance will fall the Camaro 1SS or 2SS 1LE in the configuration. Buyers will receive all the advantages of the 1LE, including Recaro seats, electronic limited slip differential, adaptive suspension and much more.

The exterior of the modified model is not too different from the standard Chevrolet Camaro 2020, but the hood is made of carbon fiber, painted to match the body color. Strips with air intake and side graphics help to complete the image of Yenko, and buyers can choose between nine different exterior colors. Yenko badges and Stage II also decorate the exterior.

In beauty news can be seen embroidered logo “Yenko” on the floor mats and headrests. On the dashboard is a unique number the Camaro is just SVE will release 50 copies of the modified model. The package Yenko/SC Camaro is estimated at 68 995 dollars plus the price of the donor Camaro, making it one of the most expensive proposals. But then again, a 1,000-horsepower is not cheap.
