It was assumed that the HS7 shared a “truck” with the sedan H7 (that is, with the old Toyota Crown), but the crossover has its own platform. HS7 equal length 5035 mm, wheelbase – 3008 mm. Thus, the dimensions of “Chinese” is comparable to a premium “Germans”, of which I consider its main competitors: the local BMW X5 length is 4930 mm, the distance between the axes – 2975 mm, Audi Q7 – 5069 and 3001 mm, respectively.
Crossover Hongqi HS7 has received a fully led optics to model has air suspension, 19 – or 20-inch wheels. The preliminary price for the basic version of the flagship HS7 – 349 800 yuan, equivalent to about 50 900 dollars at the current exchange rate. Top crossover will cost 459 800 yuan (about 66 $ 900). For comparison, the base BMW X5 in China is twice as expensive – 759 900 yuan (about 110 $ 550). Audi Q7 more affordable, “Bavarian”, but still much more expensive HS7: from 683 800 yuan (about 99 $ 500).
