It is said that the farewell Vantage will be called RS, as it was in 2008. He’ll probably get the engine from the Speedster. The open-top supercar is powered by a twin-turbocharged V12 5.2. The power unit produces 700 hp. and 753 Nm, and acceleration from zero to hundreds lasts 3.4 seconds. It is possible that the motor will be readjusted, and the sprint time will be reduced.

According to unofficial data, the body will be completely made of carbon for the sake of weight reduction. The circulation is supposedly limited to 299 copies. The premiere is due in 2022, but insiders say it will take place in the spring. Among the main competitors – Porsche 911 Turbo S.

The current Vantage is powered by an AMG V8 4.0 biturbo engine with 510 hp and is paired with an eight-speed ZF automatic or manual transmission. But the last box is offered only for the coupe, the open version is not required even for a surcharge.
