Cupra has presented sporty crossover with three electric motors

Spanish brand new Cupra will bring at the Frankfurt motor show concept crossover sports Tavascan.

New Spanish brand Cupra, previously a division of brand Seat introduced its first fully electric car — concept crossover Tavascan. Public premiere of new items will be held in the framework of the Frankfurt motor show.

Tavascan Cupra is equipped with three electric units, one of which is located on the rear axle and two on the front. Engines that develop 306 HP, are powered by a set of lithium-ion batteries. The crossover is able to dial first “hundred” for 6,5 with, and its maximum stated power reserve is 450 kilometers.

As for the exterior, the distinctive features of the new products branded illuminated logo, angular blocks of led daytime running lights as well as torpedoobrazna 22-inch wheels.

The salon has established two large display. One monitor with a diagonal of 12.3 inches is a fully digital instrument panel, to the right of which is a 13-inch screen multimedia complex.

We will remind, the first fully independent car brand Cupra was the concept coupe crossover Formentor, shown in the spring at the Geneva motor show.

Cupra Formentor equipped with a hybrid power plant with the possibility of charging batteries from the mains, which included a petrol turbo engine, electric motor, battery pack and a robotic gearbox with two clutches. Total return units amounted to 250 horsepower. Exclusively on electricity car can travel up to 50 kilometers.
