The demand for electric cars and hybrids in Europe continues to increase. According to the results of November 2021, such vehicles found 855 thousand 281 buyers and occupied more than a quarter (26%) of the European car market, according to JATO Dynamics.
Despite the loss of a large corporate client (the French taxi service G7), the most popular model of electric cars in Europe in November was the Tesla Model 3 sedan, which found 10,739 customers this month.
The city car Renault ZOE turned out to be the second most popular with sales of 8,658 copies, and closed the TOP-3 by the Dacia Spring hatchback, which was chosen by 5,746 European buyers in November.
The fourth place in this rating was taken by the Tesla Model Y crossover, which sold 5,347 units. Then there is the Skoda Enyaq iV crossover (5,041 units), as well as the German hatchbacks Volkswagen ID.4 and Volkswagen ID.3, sold in the amount of 4,748 and 4,707 cars, respectively.
