Elon Musk: Tesla Roadster postponed until 2023

News about the launch of the second generation Tesla Roadster appears in the media regularly. And now it happened again and is connected with the postponement. So, according to the head of Tesla Elon Musk, the release of the new product will take place in 2023.

In addition, there is still a small problem with Cybertruck. Musk has previously stated that the Roadster will start following the pickup. The latter, as expected, will enter the conveyor belt only next year. But then again, everything should work out to run Cybertruck, and even under normal conditions we would be skeptical.

This is all a long way of saying the Roadster has been delayed. And this is not surprising at all. We’re even willing to bet that sgecr will migrate the models again.

Earlier it became known that the Tesla Roadster can accelerate to 100 km / h in about a second. This is made possible thanks to the SpaceX package. The idea is that the machine will be equipped with pneumatic jet motors that will run on cooled and highly compressed air. This initiative was announced back in 2019.

The Roadster will cost $ 200,000, but the Founders version will increase this amount to $ 250,000. Roadster reservations cost $ 50,000, while Founders Series requires a prepayment of $ 250,000.
