Ford Mustang Mach-E will share technologies with electric van Transit


In his interview, representative Ford noted that the future of electric Transit van will get the same battery that electric crossover Ford Mustang Mach-E.

There is no doubt that electric crossover Mustang Mach-E is a revolutionary model for Ford. Built on the platform of Global Electrified 1 (GE1), which is actually a heavily modified version of the previous architecture C2, this is currently the most technologically advanced car of the American brand. Batteries crossover Mustang Mach-E and the upcoming electric van Transit are made by LG factory in Poland, where there is a special Assembly line for Ford. Lisa Drake said that this line will operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Finally it is worth noting that the crossover Mustang Mach-E is already available for order, and the start of sales of electric Transit is scheduled for next year.
