Ford recalls nearly 35,000 cars

The Ford Explorer and E-Series, Lincoln Aviator models have filed for recall due to various defects.

The American company Ford announced the recall of the Explorer and Lincoln Aviator SUVs of 2020-2021, as well as the E-Series of 2021. Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator 2020-2021 will be recalled due to problems with the engine mount on the passenger side, which may fail. In total, 1,400 units of cars produced at the Chicago Assembly plant between July 28 and July 30, 2020 will be recalled.

As for the E-Series, this model is being recalled due to a potential heat dissipation problem, which is due to incorrectly aligned thermal insulation on the underside of the engine cover. The recall covers 33,000 copies of the model that were sold in the United States and Canada.
