More than 100,000 people have already placed a pre-order for the car, which will start mass production only at the beginning of next year. Meanwhile, the Assembly of the smaller Bronco Sport began on October 26, 2020.

Like the regular Bronco, the Bronco Sport version is designed to offer the same off-road qualities as its older sibling, in a smaller and more affordable body.

The car is available in various trim levels, including Base (starting recommended price is $ 26,000), Big Bend ($28,160), Outer Banks ($32,160), Badlands ($32,660) and First Edition ($38,500). Among other things, Bronco Sport will receive steel wheels, special off-road tires, an advanced all-wheel drive system, more off-road suspension and protective plates.

The Bronco Sport will be available with two engine options. The Base, Big Bend and Outer Banks configurations will be delivered with a 1.5-liter EcoBoost with a power of 181 HP (257 Nm). Those who choose the Badlands and First Edition will get a 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine with 245 HP (372 Nm). Both powerplants will be connected to the 8-speed “??automatic ” – the Badlands and First Edition models will be supplied with steering wheel switches.
