The Rivian company, which is really gaining momentum lately, took its electric Rivian R1T pickup truck to the legendary off-road testing location to overcome the so-called “Hell’s Gate”. The video states that the car has not been finalized, except for a set of off-road tires. Powered by four electric motors, the pickup certainly lacks power, even when one wheel is impressively lifted into the air.

Although it is unclear what modification is presented here. So, the R1T in the base develops a power of 402 hp. and 560 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the flagship variant will develop 753 hp. and 1118 Nm of torque.

While the R1T is by no means the first production car to ever break the Hell’s Gate, it is certainly not easy to master, as many heavily modified cars have failed.
