New from the Geometry brand will appear on the Chinese market.
The Geely concern created the Geometry sub-brand two years ago specifically for electric cars. Until now, the company’s lineup has only had two related models: the Geometry A sedan and the Geometry C hatchback, developed on a common Geely brand platform. And now the compact cross-hatchback Geometry EX3 has debuted.
The appearance of the Geometry EX3 model is a forced measure to expand the range. In fact, the novelty is a variation of another electric vehicle Maple 30X – the first and so far the only production model under the revived Maple brand, which is also part of the Geely concern.
But if the Maple 30X is made of the Geely Vision X3 petrol crossover, then the new Geometry EX3 is based on a more advanced updated model – the Geely Vision X3 Pro. The body of the cars is the same, but only the bumpers and decorative elements are different. At the same time, the equipment of these cars is the same: 2 airbags, air conditioning, “leather” interior, and a rear-view camera.

The passport range of the electric car reaches 322 km according to the outdated NEDC cycle (versus 306 km for the Maple model), that is, about 200 real km. The Geometry EX3 has a maximum speed of 120 km / h.
