The highly anticipated Genesis G70 Shooting Brake was unveiled today at the Goodwood Festival of Speed by Dominic Bosch, Managing Director of Genesis Motor Europe and Duke of Richmond.
The fifth vehicle in the brand’s growing lineup for Europe, the G70 Shooting Brake embodies the award-winning Genesis design philosophy while maintaining the rich history of the Shooting Brake tradition with its iconic design. To celebrate its global debut, Genesis has brought everyone behind the wheel with 4K footage of an FPV drone piloted by Miles Malvag and Harry Clifton.
Dominique Bosch, Managing Director of Genesis Motor Europe, commented:
“We’re thrilled to be here at Goodwood today to present this flagship model for Genesis, our fifth vehicle in the region. The famous UK festival, watched by millions, is the perfect place to showcase our unique product for European customers. ”
Genesis officially announced its plans to enter the European market on May 4th, with sales of the brand starting later this year, starting in Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Orders for the Genesis G80 Sedan and Genesis GV80 SUV open this summer, followed by the G70 Shooting Brake, the GV70 compact crossover and the G70 Sedan shortly thereafter. The electrified G80 will soon appear in the brand’s lineup of three electric vehicles, which will be announced during the year.
