The luxury Korean brand has unveiled its latest Grand Touring coupe-style concept car.
Genesis has unveiled a concept electric coupe with a traditional body style that has been implemented using the brand’s modern design. In particular, the novelty borrowed optics from the Essentia concept. The novelty has been painted in a color that visually closely resembles Kia Ascot Green, and the concept also has subtle design elements throughout the car, emphasizing its width and aesthetic characteristics.
No details about the car’s powertrain have been disclosed, but if the production version is built, it will definitely be based on the e-GMP platform.
Inside, the Genesis X features a driver-focused interior with luxurious aged brown leather on the driver’s seat, dashboard and steering wheel, while the rest of the interior is finished in black.
An elegant interior that only hints at an electric drivetrain and modern conveniences. The center console and dashboard appear to have been merged into one giant screen, and the unique gear knob looks closer to production specification than the rest of the interior.
