It is curious that information about new products appeared before the official presentation, scheduled by “Harley” on January 26 this year. But the fact remains: Harley-Davidson has officially announced that the time-tested Sportsters Iron 883 and Forty-Eight will return in 2022. There are no details on this topic yet, obviously we will receive them in a little over two weeks.
In addition, for the 2022 season, H-D has tweaked Pan America a bit. The hill hold system now lasts longer, the font on the dashboard TFT screen is larger, and the color scheme has been added to the Fastback Blue / White Sand version.
The announced changes affecting the rest of the models are not so large-scale. Basically, we are talking about new colors, in addition, Softail Standard and Street Bob 114 will now only be available on cast wheels. The Fat Boy will lose its iconic solid wheels, replaced by visually (and physically) lighter 11-spoke wheels.
So, of course, there is news, but there are more questions left than answers received. Therefore, we look forward to January 26, when Harley-Davidson will present all the new items for the upcoming season.
