Photo spies spotted a new BMW M2 in camouflage on the street, and the designers drew a render of how the new coupe is likely to look.
Not so long ago, we wrote about the new BMW 2-Series. And since now is just the time when the last tests and preparations are underway before launching into production, it was not too difficult for photo-spies to find a prototype of the new BMW M2 on the street, albeit in camouflage, but probably in its final version.
And now Instagramm user @ bmw43__ and other fans of the brand have published several renders of the new “emka”, a real standard of the driver’s coupe. It is likely that a commercial vehicle will be very close to these images.
M-series cars traditionally have different bumpers. And the front bumper here looks like a body kit from the game Need For Speed. Although the nostrils are large enough, they do not cause rejection as in the 3rd and 4th series. As for the engine, it is assumed that the new “emka” will receive a 3-liter engine, similar to that of the M3 and M4, but derated to about 450 hp.
