Hyundai has released pricing details for the new Bayon in Germany, although it hasn’t officially launched yet. The smallest and most affordable crossover of the Korean brand will be available in Pure, Select, Trend and Prime trim levels, with more equipment and different engines.
Starting at € 16,790, the entry-level model is equipped with manual air conditioning, digital radio and Bluetooth. A wide range of safety features are available, such as lane departure warning, autonomous emergency braking, pedestrian and cyclist detection, high beam assist and cruise control.
Select starts at € 18,790 and adds 16-inch alloy wheels, rear parking sensors, body-colored heated side mirrors, leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, and rear power windows. Winter package with heated front seats and steering wheel is optional.
For Trend, buyers will have to pay at least € 21,490. This version comes with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, smartphone integration, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a rearview camera, a USB port, blue ambient lighting, 17-inch wheels and several other features.
The top Bayonne Prime will start at € 24,290, benefitting from automatic climate control, keyless entry, front parking sensors, and LED headlights and taillights.
Power is provided by a 1.2-liter gasoline engine with 84 hp. or 1.0-liter turbocharged two-outlet, 100 hp. and 120 hp. respectively. The latter is offered with a standard 48-volt mild hybrid system, which is available as an option on the 100 PS version.
