HMG has pledged to present “the latest in fuel cell electric vehicles” along with “breakthrough ideas and technologies for hydrogen mobility” at the global online forum Hydrogen Wave. The live broadcast will begin on Tuesday, September 7, at 9:00 Kyiv time on the group’s YouTube channel. Brands Hyundai, KIA, Genesis “and others” will talk about prospects, plans and products.
The headliner of the “hydrogen wave” will be a sports sedan (or liftback), data on which is not yet available. Think of the Hyundai N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo Concept, a prototype from Forze Hydrogen Racing, and suggest that the camouflage hides a Hyundai Sonata.
The car in the picture, judging by the other video, may be a tanker. The HTWO brand was created as part of the “Strategy-2025” for hydrogen technologies. In the video, the prototype is also not visible, but it is loudly audible.
“Hydrogen Wave” is timed to coincide with the International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies, which has been ratified by the UN and will be celebrated for the first time. Following the online forum, HMG will host an exhibition in the Korean city of Goyang, where it will demonstrate live hydrogen products from September 8 to 11. So far, only the Nexo SUV uses fuel cells.
