Hyundai’s press service has published the first official images of the new Custo minivan and has declassified some of the technical characteristics of the car.
Judging from the images, the front of Custo will be made in the style of the new generation Hyundai Tucson. The car will receive similar headlights and a similar radiator grille.
There are no images of the Hyundai Custo showroom yet, but spy images have already appeared on the web. So, the interior of the novelty will receive an original front panel, a digital dashboard, an Elantra steering wheel, a large multimedia system touchscreen and gear selector buttons instead of the traditional lever.
The length of the Hyundai Custo is 4,950 millimeters (mm), the width is 1,850 mm, the height is 1,734 mm, and the wheelbase is 3,055 mm. The machine will be available in 6 or 7 seater versions.
Under the hood of Hyundai Custo is a 1.5-liter turbo engine with 170 horsepower paired with a robotic gearbox. There will also be offered a 2.0-liter turbocharged unit with a capacity of 240 forces paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive.
Hyundai Custo will begin sales in China by the end of 2021.
