Inseparable twins: Aston Martin is preparing two new Vantage V12 Zagato

Automobile division R-Reforged company AF Racing AG partner of Aston Martin racing in the DTM series and the Valkyrie project, revealed details of the small-scale pairs Vantage V12 Zagato Heritage Twins. In the collector’s set will include the coupe and Speedster, built on the basis of the V12 Vantage S and is made in the corporate style of Zagato.

Full name – Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato Heritage Twins by R-Reforged. “Twins” will manually build the new facility R-Reforged in Warwick, England, and sold only in pairs. According to Zagato, the majority of sets, a total of 19, is already reserved. The price was not disclosed, but it is unlikely to be less than several million pounds.

The coupe and the Speedster celebrates a double anniversary: 100 years since the founding of Zagato and 60 years, the Atelier collaborates with Aston Martin. Both cars are built on the basis of the V12 Vantage S, but its 5.9-liter twelve-cylinder power unit develops no force 525 and 620 Nm of torque, and about 600 forces.

Original Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato was powered by a 5.9-liter V12 with a capacity of 517 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque, combined with six-speed “mechanics”. From zero to “hundred” coupe accelerates in 4.2 seconds and its top speed was 305 kilometers per hour.
