The company KIA has announced the second model for the Indian market. Public premiere of the local version will be held early next year, the car will be available with a diesel engine.

As for the “world” Carnival, for the Indian variant are two hatches in the roof and sliding door with electric. In the video, apparently captured six top-version with individual seats in the second row and the two tablets, which are fixed to the backrests of the front seats. Local media have tipped premium van seven – and eight-modification.


A full presentation will probably be held at the exhibition Auto Expo, which opens in new Delhi in February. In India, the main competitor KIA Carnival is considered frame van Toyota Innova Crysta (the closest relative of the Fortuner). MPV Toyota with a 150-horsepower diesel engine 2.4 costs 1 567 000 rupees ($22 000), with 2.8 diesel engine (174 HP) – 1 746 000 rupees (24 $ 600). While the Innova Crysta is and gasoline engine (2.7, 166 HP), its price is from 1 493 000 rupees (21,000 USD).
