Land Rover has released a video from the set of the new James Bond movie, No Time to Die, which will be released on September 30th. The video shows the process of filming a spectacular off-road chase with a Range Rover Sport SVR, which is operated by Agent 007.
James Bond pursuers, in turn, use Toyota Land Cruiser Prado SUVs in this scene. All these cars, in particular, make jumps, and also drive at high speed through forests, rivers and swamps.
Range Rover Sport SVR is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 petrol engine with a mechanical supercharger, developing 575 hp. and 700 Nm of torque. The motor works in conjunction with an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. The SUV is capable of accelerating from zero to the first “hundred” in 4.5 seconds, and its maximum speed is 283 km per hour.
In addition to the Range Rover Sport SVR, the film also stars the new Land Rover Defender, as well as the Land Rover Series III and Range Rover Classic. Traditionally, Aston Martin models can also be seen in the film. Among them: the classic DB5 and V8 Vantage, as well as the modern DBS Superleggera supercar and Valhalla superhybrid.
