Toyota Motor has unveiled signature styling kits for the second generation Aqua hybrid hatchback, which was unveiled the day before, July 19. Exterior packages are branded as Modellista, which is part of the Toyota Customizing & Development subsidiary.
One body kit is called Aeroset and includes aerodynamic bumpers and sills. The second is called Cool Shine Kit and implies a set of decorative chrome strips that are glued to the front bumper, bottom of doors, tailgate, door handles and mirror housings. With chrome, the Aqua should be perceived as a more prestigious model, according to Toyota Customizing & Development.
A separate offer is rims of the original design. There are three different options: two – 15 “in diameter, one – 16”.
For the interior of the new Aqua, Toyota Customizing & Development has developed wood-like inserts, a tote bag, door sills, a set of LED lamps, etc.
Parts can be purchased separately, prices range from 4,400 to 143,000 yen (approximately $ 1,100 to $ 35,500 at the current exchange rate).
