The Kalashnikov concern has patented the appearance of its IZH-pulsar electric motorcycle, as evidenced by its unloading from the database.

Pulsar is produced in small “episodic” batches since 2018. Security documents were issued immediately for 2 modifications — civil and police. The consumer version has a more expressive design — it has structural elements of the frame displayed outwards.

Several dozen Pulsars are already used in the police and army, but they have not yet been released for free sale.

The engine of the Pulsar is Chinese, brand Golden Motor HRM10KW, power-15 kW (20 horsepower). The motor is powered by a lithium battery with a capacity of 38 to 160 Ah (at the consumer’s choice). The power reserve of the motorcycle is from 50 to 250 km.

Kalashnikov concern was established in 2013 on the basis of the scientific and production Association Izhmash. Izhmash also included the Izhmoto factory, which produced motorcycles from 1929 to 2008. The motorcycle factory stopped working for an objective reason — because of zero demand. “Kalashnikov” revived the production of motor vehicles primarily for state orders.
