Land Rover Defender will be tested on the roads in the new film about James bond “No time to die.”
The company Land Rover and the film company EON Productions has posted a teaser video on the film about James bond called “No time to die.” In the video you can see Land Rover Defender new generation, which is specially prepared for the filming of the film.
As told in the Land Rover, in the process of developing a special version of Defender, which is involved in the movie, the design team of Land Rover worked closely with the Director of special effects Chris Corbould. The car, designed on the basis of a modification of Defender X, in the color of Santorini Black with blacked out 20-inch wheels and off-road tires became the first Defender, descended from the conveyor of the new plant Jaguar Land Rover in Nitra, Slovakia.
The SUV was carrying the body based on an aluminum monocoque and a fully independent suspension and permanent four-wheel drive. Clearance amounted to 291 mm. The SUV will be available in four versions: gasoline, hybrid and diesel two. Capacity – from 200 to 400 horsepower. All engines are paired with eight-speed “automatic” ZF dual band and transfer box.
Along with a new Defender in the film “No time to die” the audience will see the Range Rover Sport SVR, Land Rover Series III and Range Rover Classic. In addition, in the film about James bond will star four different Aston Martin. The classic sports car DB5 and V8 Vantage, and Valhalla will join the hybrid supercar DBS Superleggera. The film will appear in world hire 2 APR 2020 onn screens the film will be available from 9 April 2020.
