Lawn mower Honda Mean Mower V2 has set a new Guinness world records for acceleration from a standstill to 100 mph (161 km/h). The device under control of the British racers Jessica Hawkins was able to show average acceleration time in seconds 6,285.

Check-in was on the German circuit of Lausitzring at Dresden. Lawn mower Honda Mean Mower V2 was faster than modern supercars Audi R8, Aston Martin DBS Superleggera and Ferrari Portofino.

The mower is equipped with 999-CC unit from bike Honda Fireblade SP, issuing more than 190 horsepower. The creators hope that in the future, the device will be able to show a maximum speed of over 150 mile per hour (241,4 km/h).
