Alfa Romeo released the limited edition Giulia and Stelvio 6C Villa d’este as a tribute to the limited edition 6C 2500 SS Coupe that won the Grand Prix referendum at the Concorso d’eleganza di Villa d’este in 1949.

Both the new Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio ‘6C Villa d’este’ have received an eye-catching three-layer etna Red exterior paint. It is reminiscent of the original, combined with chrome window frames. Stelvio has classic 21-inch Alfa Romeo alloy wheels, while Giulia has a different set of 18-inch wheels with five double spokes.

The interior has 6C Villa d’este emblems embroidered on the front headrests and dashboard.

Standard equipment includes electrically adjustable and heated premium beige leather seats, aluminum paddle shifters, Level 2 ADAS systems, a rearview camera, parking sensors, a wireless charging pad and an automatically operated tailgate.

Giulia ‘6C Villa d’este’ can be ordered with either a 2.2 turbodiesel with 187 hp. or with a 2.0 turbo petrol engine with 197 hp. In both cases, power is sent to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Meanwhile, the Stelvio “6C Villa d’Este” is offered with a more powerful 2.2 turbodiesel with 207 hp output. or 2.0 turbo petrol engine with 276 hp. The SUV is offered exclusively in all-wheel drive form with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Alfa Romeo did not release pricing or availability information for limited editions. They are expected to be slightly more expensive than the Veloce trim level. Recall that Giulia appeared back in 2015, and in 2016 – Stelvio. Both models received a facelift in 2020 with several updates. At the moment, these are the only models offered by Alfa Romeo. However, the Italian automaker is gearing up to launch the Tonale plug-in hybrid C-SUV in the summer of 2022 and an all-electric B-SUV in 2023.
