Photo-spies in Sweden caught the eye of a whole “herd” of prototypes of restyled Mercedes GLE and GLE Coupe performed by AMG. Updated crossovers should enter the market in 2023.

The current GLE family is approaching a planned update and the automaker is gearing up for it. So in Sweden, Mercedes-AMG is testing prototypes of the updated GLE and GLE Coupe of different versions.

As we can see from the photo of the GLE 63 AMG, the changes are cosmetic. Headlights and taillights are covered with camouflage, probably the most noticeable external difference of restyled cars. Taped with camouflage and a three-beam star on the grille. This indicates that it is also likely to change.

Photo spies also caught a GLE Coupe 63 AMG parked in the parking lot. Therefore, it was possible to photograph it from all sides and inside. This coupe-shaped crossover also has headlights, taillights and a star on the grille. The photo of the cabin shows a new steering wheel. It is assumed that the updated crossovers will receive a new version of the MBUX multimedia system.
