Atelier Mansory has introduced a new two-door pickup truck based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63. All will be built seven copies.
Every year during the Geneva motor show, the Bavarian Atelier is outrageous tuning projects. This time been modified G 63 AMG: the project was called “Star Trooper Pickup”.
Novelty is a two-door G-class short wheelbase. The rear part of the SUV was converted into a pickup truck. Suit the car matte black and grey camouflage. In addition, the car received a custom black wheels, side exhaust system and a retractable footrest.
The capacity of the modified 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 has been increased from 838 horsepower (737 lb-ft of torque), 850 forces (1000 Nm). Designers Atelier argue that the “Star Trooper Pickup” can accelerate to 100 kilometers per hour in just 2.5 seconds.
The price of new project developers have not yet disclosed, but given the scale of modifications, it is unlikely that he will cost less than the previous project of the Bavarian Atelier – the “G” for $361 800.
