The German automaker has posted a funny ad for an option for the new Mercedes S-Class.
In the published video, the company jokingly presented the “horrors” of the service provided at the “old-fashioned” parking lots. The German company then presents how all of this can be avoided with a fully automatic parking system.
The main characters of the video are three valet drivers who are having fun with other people’s cars. Fictional parking workers burn rubber, perform various stunts and stuff like that. The cars are then returned to unsuspecting owners, continuing to have fun.
At the end of the video, a girl appears behind the wheel of a new S-class, who drives past the trio and enters the parking lot herself. Then the car enthusiast gets out of the car, which after a while parks itself at the command of the smartphone.
It is noteworthy that the new automatic parking system, which is shown in the video, cannot be used, because this requires permission from the authorities and equipping parking lots with the necessary equipment.
Recall that the W223 S-class presented in the fall of 2020 is equipped with an automatic parking system, which also allows the car to move independently in the parking lot. If the necessary conditions are met, the owners of the model could get out of the car in a convenient place and send it deep into the parking lot, and then call it to the same point.
