The American company Mullen Automotive has announced a new project – a compact urban hatchback I-GO for the European market. The first copies will appear at dealers in Germany in December this year. This is reported by the press service of the manufacturer.

Founded in 2014 in Brea, the California-based company continues to expand its assets and expand its range of electric vehicles. The New Mullen Automotive project is a subcompact urban electric car Mullen I-Go.

The novelty is developed by the Chinese company Hongrui. In China, the model is offered in two versions – a shortened three-door 2-seater little Tiger and a 5-Door 4-seater Good Tiger, but in Europe only a full-size modification will be available. The overall dimensions of the Hongrui Xiaohu Good Tiger are 3380/1499/1610 mm, and the wheelbase reaches 2440 mm.

The electric car is equipped with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 16.5 kWh, which will allow you to cover about 200 km on a single charge. The engine develops a power of 34 kW (46 hp) and is able to accelerate the “baby” to 100 km/h.

Mullen I-Go will be offered to European buyers in Spain, France, Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The first copies of the new product should be available in Germany in December this year. The price excluding local taxes will start at 12,154 euros.

Recall that Mullen Automotive is the main holder of shares in the automobile company Bollinger, and recently acquired the assets of another American manufacturer of electric vehicles ELMS. Mullen also planned to establish the American assembly and sale on the local market of the Qiantu K50 electric sports car of the Chinese company Qiantu Motor called Mullen DragonFLY. However, 4 years after the announcement of this project, it was never implemented.
