Good news for those who wanted to buy one of the motorcycles of the Italian company, but the price bite. MV Agusta will release a cheaper model configurations Superveloce, Brutale 1000 and possibly others.
Premium Superveloce Serie Oro will be released very limited edition of only 300 copies, but it was developed and the standard version for mass production. The company’s CEO Timur Sardarov told that they decided to give priority to their largest customers, so I started with this series. However, they are now working on more affordable bike.
“We want to present the motorcycle to the greatest possible number of buyers. So it will be with fewer features, but have the same DNA and design,” says sardars.
It is likely that the costly components such as magnesium wheels and Marzocchi inverted forks can be replaced with less expensive components, while the insides of the motorcycle is its engine, chassis and other details of management would remain unchanged.
The CEO also confirmed that for the model 1000 Brutale has prepared the same fate, with an initial circulation of 300 Serie Oro and the subsequent mass version. And he hinted that this is the start of a trend:
“We wanted to diversify our range and bring more heritage. To show that the company could create a bike in retro style. And Superveloce is our first step. It opens a whole segment of motorcycles inspired by the legacy of the MV. We won’t stop Superveloce. There will be other surprises.”
