New BMW X3 M loses camouflage

Once again, photo spies spotted the prototype of the long-awaited update to the BMW M sport utility vehicle.

The current generation of the BMW X3 is gearing up to hit the market with an updated look. The new X3 M is hunted in broad daylight. The model has noticeably lost in disguise in the front and rear of the car. This is a clear sign that the project continues to develop.

Air intakes and a radiator grill flaunt at the front. Unfortunately, the bumper and most of the light clusters are still covered. The camouflage at the back is still very tight. The sports exhaust system with four outlets makes it clear which model we are facing.

Aesthetic modifications will allow the X3 M to adapt to the new design philosophy that BMW is adopting in its new models. The headlights will have a new light signature. The bumpers and rear diffuser will be changed.

There will be news under the hood too. The powerful 3.0-liter M TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder petrol engine will undergo a series of improvements with a clear goal: to improve efficiency. The base version of the new X3 M will develop 480 hp. The top performance of the model will reach 510 hp

The engine will be associated with the M xDrive traction system and the 8-speed automatic transmission with sporty tuning. As standard, the top speed will be electronically limited to 250 km / h.

The new X3 M should debut soon. If all goes according to plan, details will come out this summer. The order book will officially open in November. The 2022 model arrives at dealerships.
