Toyota will unveil the next fourth generation Noah / Voxy family of full-size vans on December 8. Two days before the official premiere, pictures of future new products were freely available – an unknown person photographed the advertising booklet.
In the new generation, Noah / Voxy vans will retain their characteristic two-volume body shape – with a pronounced, but short bonnet. The model will still be characterized by a high roof and almost vertical (in section) sides, however, the plastic of the panels will become more complex, and the window sill line will rise in the rear.
Among the exterior features are narrower headlights for Noah and bunk headlights for Voxy (with low and high beam units in the bumper).
According to preliminary information, the new generation Noah / Voxy is based on the modular TNGA platform. Further details will be announced at a later date.
Recall that the outgoing generation of Noah / Voxy / Esquire vans has the factory designation R80, produced since 2014. In 2017, the models were restyled. Under the hood, at the choice of consumers, a 2.0-liter gasoline engine (power – 152 hp) and a Super CVT-i variator or a hybrid system based on a 1.8-liter unit (99 hp) and an electric motor (82 h.p.). Drive – front or full. The vans are offered with a seven- or eight-seat layout.
