The updated KIA Proceed is being tested in Europe. The model received a more prominent radiator grille and a thicker bezel. The foreign car received new optics. For her, the developers have added LED daytime running lights.
Additional details aren’t easy to see, but we see an evolutionary front bumper and a redesigned center air intake. The latter features red accents, which are the hallmark of the GT variant. Also replaces the stylish alloy wheels with the new KIA logo. The model also has a slightly redesigned rear end that looks more streamlined.
Photospies could not come closer to take pictures of the interior. Minor changes are expected. Little is known about the model at this point, but it will likely feature a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with mild hybrid technology. It produces 158 hp. and 253 Nm of torque.
Likewise, the ProCeed GT can be powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine that develops 201 hp. and 265 Nm of torque.
There is no official word yet, the 2022 KIA ProCeed may be unveiled late this year or early next year.
