The Lynk & Co 03+ sedan and the 02 Hatchback five-door, developing 254 hp, 350 Nm, will soon be joined by the “charged” version of the Lynk & Co 05 coupe, whose 2.0 petrol turbo with an eight-speed automatic Aisin produces 265 hp, 380 Nm. Chinese media reports that the new 05+ all-wheel drive modification has got the most powerful engine in the entire CMA architecture. The dynamics of acceleration and maximum speed are still unknown.
Headlights, hood and fenders have not changed. The lattice has retained its shape, but not its structure: the grid has been replaced by sparse lamellas. The front bumper is the same, but with a protruding “lip” of the splitter. A carbon fiber spoiler is bolted to the tail. A pair of double-barreled guns are in operation.
Thanks to the July certification in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the People’s Republic of China, we see these pictures and know that the “plus” is 22 mm longer than the usual “zero-fifth”: 4614? 1879? 1628 mm, between the axles 2734. Tire dimension is atypical – 255/40 R20 instead of 235/45 R20.
Lynk & Co 05+ will outshine in power not only the base coupe 05 (254 hp, 350 Nm), but also the plug-in hybrid 05 PHEV (262 hp, 390 Nm). The usual “zero-fifth” now costs 175,800-235,800 yuan (1.99-2.67 million rubles), while 05 PHEV requires 227,700 (2.58 million). The model is in good demand in China: 32,502 units were sold in eight months of 2020, 14,248 units in the first half of 2021.
