During the Renault press conference, representatives of the company said that the Dacia and Lada brands, which are part of the French concern, will be merged into one division in the future. It will specialize in budget models. As part of this joint venture, it is planned to launch a new Niva, which will be based on the Lada Niva Vision concept car.
The novelty will be based on the CMF-B platform, and also have two body types. In addition, then “Niva” in the future should turn into a global brand and be sold outside of. The concept shown in the image has nothing in common with the prototype Lada 4×4 Vision by Steve Mattin. There are no other details about the new global version of Niva yet.
